It’s important to fill out the whole form so that we can get you scheduled in to an appointment asap!

💕 Full Day 💕 $900
Smaller pieces that will not take the time of a Half Day appointment will be priced per piece!
My minimum is $150
✨ You must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of your appointment. You must bring a valid form of ID with you to your appointment.

Booking Fees
I require a $100 booking fee before scheduling any tattoo appointment. Booking fees can be paid at the studio in cash or credit/debit online! This fee holds your appointment in my schedule and will be used toward the cost of your tattoo.
✨Your booking fee is non-refundable.✨
If you need to reschedule an appointment you must provide a minimum of 48 hour notice.
You will forfeit your booking fee if you:
💖 cancel with less than 48 hour notice
💖reschedule 3 times
💖 no call no show
You can rebook with me by leaving a new booking fee!
